Dear Sonos
Since you forced the app update on IOS my whole Sonos setup does not work anymore. 

1/ I get a message error when trying to stream TV sound on more than 1 speaker

2/ the after a few minutes the radio sound is broken, and I need to restart the streaming to have a buffer. And restart every few minutes.

3/ Voice control on TV bar auto activates itself randomly, and I am pretty sur I NEVER activated it. 

I spend more than 2000 euros for speakers. At this stage it is lost money.
Can you please reoffer the former app ? Otherwise I want to ship all my setup back to you (and I am not going to wait 10 months for an hypothetical software update)

  1. Sonos didn't force the update on anyone. People who had automatic updates either within the app or on their phones enabled, were automatically updated. I have three iOS devices with the old app. I'm not being forced to update those devices.
  2. 1 and two sounds like a network problem to me. What troubleshooting steps have you tried? Do you have your whole system wireless connected to your network? Are you using mesh? Have you tried connecting the Arc to your router?
  3. Sonos has stated there will be fixes coming this month.
