The issue of disappearing IMPORTED PLAYLISTS is a 6 month old problem. I periodically return to the community forum to determine if this issue has been resolved but there is not a clear answer. I am an old guy who doesn’t want to learn coding or extensive system programming, just want to listen to music.

Question to the Sonos mods:

—what is the status of this item that is affecting so many users?

—when will it be fixed?

—If there is a current fix, where is it on the Sonos website?

It has worked for a while now.  The trick is you need to delete and re-add your library.  Follow these instructions, paying close attention to the links for sharing your music folder on the network (NOTE:  These are different from the normal instructions):
