I can't add BBC Sounds to my services

I have tried adding BBC Sounds to my services, but Sonos tell me it is unable to connect. I get as far as linking my BBC account and it tells me to go back to Sonos to see the addition, but when I return to Sonos it says it was unsuccessful and gives no explanation or advice on how to resolve. 

Please can anyone help? I am desperate!

I didn’t think BBC Sounds was compatible with S1?

I recall having the same problem as you when last I tried. Works fine on S2.
