My neighbours were looking to buy a new speaker system for their home.  They came over the other night and I showed them my Sonos system.  At first the app wouldn’t launch on my mobile.  I deleted it and reinstalled.  It found the system.  We listened to some tracks and they liked the sound, but then it started dropping and we couldn't regain control of the music through the app.

They bought a different system.  I’m stuck with this one.  Is it ever going to work properly again?

I am still recommending Sonos as an audio solution for friends and relatives. No one I suggested Sonos to, have had connection issues, that are seen in many community sites.

I am not saying there are no issues, but I have to ask why are there so many issues, when there have been post after post, with solutions?
