I have no more use for my sonos speakers after the May so-called upgrade. I can’t stay on the phone for 70-90 mins for tech suppoert to tell me my playlists are gone forever. Well, sonos, I too am gone forever.

If you have the working Desktop controller you can use them or the rolled back Android controller or, on iOS, the SonoPad or SonoPhone app from the app store.
The playlists are NOT gone - they just cannot be accessed with the “Ace” app release.
