Having (unfortunately) just upgraded to the latest controller, I am really frustrated and annoyed with this version.  There is absolutely no ability to add, remove, edit a queue.  This is fine for listening to a playlist or album, but what if you want to add an extra song - you can’t. 

What if you want to “create” a playlist with friend/family by adding tracks one at a time (which I do regularly) - you can’t. 

Re-order - you can’t.

How can I downgrade to the previous and superior verision?

I can’t believe Sonos thinks it’s acceptable to provide an inferior controller and market this as a new and upgraded controller.  I have spent thousands of pounds over the years on Sonos products and now I found that the most used features for me have been removed.
