As a certified Sonos dealer of 10 plus years how can I continue to recommend a product to my clients that I can't even get to work properly. I have never in my 30 years of being in the AV industry run into an app so bad. I would love to speak to someone about how to correct these issues for my clients who have trusted me over the years.
