You know that the app changes have made the speakers completely useless? The new application changes made my purchase USELESS. Can't access my library, can’t set up a queue of music, my existing playlist are gone. So much of what would be considered a basic functionally was removed from the application.
Will have to give serious consideration on whether my new speaker purchases become a different system (and get rid of my existing 6 Sonos speakers). Your company just can no longer be trusted, and nothing seems to be getting done to try and get it back. You might want to let your CEO know how bad it has become, assuming he even cares. Once you go public, you don’t care about your clients.
Just absolutely horrible and you should be embarrassed
