im trying to set up my system. It used to be under my exs account but I want my own.
The app will only recognise his account and not mine details.
I have a bridge and zone play zp90
please help I’m so new to this

There are two options.
You could transfer the account, as detailed in the manage your account FAQ. This would be preferable, as playlists, etc are maintained.
Or, the nuclear option, erasing everything and setting it all up as new could be done by performing a factory reset on each device. This would not be the route I would go, unless there was no other choice.
