I have lost not only my Music Library, but I also lost my TV as a source. I cannot get any sound from the web app. Fortunately, I still have the old app on my MacBook Pro, so I can use that to reconnect to the surround system of the TV (Arc, Sub, satellite speakers). But if I decide to stream something on the surround system, the TV is lost. I have to go back to my MacBook to reset it.
I’d call or chat with Sonos, but they are overwhelmed and I can’t get through. Please, please, Sono, do not remove my app from my MacBook or my system will be unusable. My use model is 70% TV surround, 20% using my Music Library, and only 5% streaming.
