When opening Sonos App, it stays grey (15 mins), unable to navigate to playlists.

Sounds like your controller device is having trouble, for some reason, reaching out to any of your Sonos devices. Unfortunately, there just isn’t enough information to even guess why, I would recommend that you call Sonos Support directly to discuss it.

When you speak directly to the phone folks, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.
