Everything gray - playlist, artists, etc?

I love my Sonos when it works, but it’s been a constant headache… The latest is that after listening at home, all of the content on the app is grayed out - playlists, artists, recently played. I can see it all, but can not select anything. Services do not show at all. I tried to add Apple Music back, but just get an error “something went wrong. Please try again.” I’ve reloaded the app, reset the app, logged out an in… Nothing. The only thing I can do is start or stop the music already played or last played.

I will add that I use the app for two systems, one at home (i am owner) and one at work, which I am not the owner. When I switch between the two I find the system on the current network and join it - this seems to be when this issue crops up.

EDIT - I seemed to have found a solution. When I first join a system and the app says multiple found, it is not recognizing my “room”. Selecting the first choice results in the gray links. When I swiped over to find my Sonos Arc and choose that, everything comes back. I’m assuming becuase that’s the “master” speaker in the home theater setup. Weird quirk - hope this helps someone else!
