Updated app yesterday and now nothing works - 2 hrs waiting and then dealing with helpdesk - router rebooted 4 times all 20 devices rebooted, controllers reloaded several times, moved to Sonos channel 1 and still not working. Approximately 5 hrs of wasted time, pls help. Helpdesk claim it is a known problem which isn’t particularly helpful - a known solution would be better and a timeframe for when it will get fixed - another massive Sonos own goal.

Have you tried the reserved/static IP addresses tweak? Sometimes it brings stability to an unreliable system?

Your router’s DHCP Settings page can do that for you, follow with a full power cycle of all Sonos, router and Controllers for the best effect.
