This came out of nowhere. I have no control over treble, bass and the loudness on/off toggle. None. It seems the balance slider is functional. Is this another ‘known issue’ that ‘Sonos is working on’… or is there a fix I can implement here at home?
I tried updating everything in the app. No change. Whatever default settings I’m stuck with sound pretty terrible with most content I’ve tried.

We are aware of an issue where Room Settings may reset back to their default values, which occurs when the app is opened and closed or when navigating to another menu. It’s also possible for Room Settings to not take effect when adjusted: this sounds like what you’re experiencing.
This issue does only occur on the new App and when using certain iOS controllers. If you’re experiencing this, then the suggested workaround would be to use another controller, for example another iOS controller or an Android controller. The team is investigating but there’s no ETA to share regarding this.
