I was finally able to listen to Eno’s excellent The Lighthouse station over the weekend, but after playing something else I cannot reconnect to it. It repeatedly spins and gives a “unable to play the selected item” error.

I’ve tried removing it from favorites, browsing through the Sonos Radio listings, using desktop and mobile apps, and even signing up for a free trial of Sonos Radio HD. Nothing works. Other Sonos Radio stations play just fine. 

My day is all meetings all the time so waiting on hold for an hour to talk to someone won’t work.
