I have thousands of dollars of Sonos equipment throughout my house in 7 or 8 zones.  The ones that are not hardwired have disappeared from the app.  I am running an Orbi RBR850 router with 3 satellites.  Rebooting the Sonos devices and network/router have done nothing to resolve this issue.  Updating router firmware did nothing to resolve the issue.  No other devices on my network have any issues other than Sonos.  Best I can tell, I now have about $2,500 in Sonos equipment that I can’t use because the system can’t find them.

I need help resolving as soon as possible.
