How do I just remove a speaker from a room? Want to start another room and have it there. Somehow got 2 Playbars in one room! Seems that anyone would have a question like this when setting up multiple rooms. But nothing there when searching.

I believe you go to settings, room setting, pick which player you want, select remove
It only has Remove Surrounds and Remove Sub. Would like to just delete the entire thing and start over but don’t even know how to do that

If you are on a desktop controller then no, it doesn't exist any longer, you need to use a mobile controller.
If you are on a mobile controller then it may be that your device's OS is not fully supported, or you msy nerd to update your.Sonos firmware.
