And it is not a connection problem with Sonos as at the same time, Sonos is playing music from radio app 

 

First, try a reboot of your router, followed by a reboot of your Sonos speakers. It may help after that to remove Deezer from your Sonos, then add it back in.

If that doesn’t work, I would recommend that you submit a system diagnostic within 10 minutes of experiencing this problem, and call Sonos Support to discuss it.

There may be information included in the diagnostic that will help Sonos pinpoint the issue and help you find a solution.
