Sonos 5 of 8 years not working after changing to a new router.

so  purchased Move,so now its on 1 controller and older devices need to be on another controller ?

why would someone on a nice pay packet enable this to proceed ?

I have to end of week on deciding to keep or take back move, will then get rid of other Sonos products and go to a competitor 

This has become very mood changing experience    

what's the solution ?
