Connecting issues


Real problems playing my own music on my laptop via the Sonos app. Doesn’t see music and says it cannot connect to directory showing error 913. I have updated software and it wont add the directory into the app so I can see the music to add to playlists. I also can’t add my non Sonos speakers to system. I have plugged them into the rear of the Sonos Amp. Really having problems. The speakers worked before. The real problem is seeing m6 music on my hard drive. Help. Regards David Powell
