Might be easier to call Sonos Support directly to discuss it, rather than waiting on asynchronous communication from a Forum Moderator.

Hi @wslater

Welcome to the Sonos Community!

Please ensure that you have enabled Local Network Permissions for the Sonos app on your new iPhone:

  • On your iPhone (not in Sonos app) go to Settings » Sonos » and toggle Local Network On.

Next, please ensure that Private Address is not turned on for your network:

  • Again, not in the Sonos app, go to Settings » WiFi » Tap the information button  next to the network Sonos is on » and toggle Private Address Off (it’s on by default).

Finally, if you have VPN software installed on your new iPhone, please disable it.

Exit and restart the Sonos app, and you should then be able to get connected to Sonos.

I hope this helps.

Edit: Private Address may no longer need to be disabled - I could no longer find mention of it in our documentation.
