Hi,

I have been tearing my hair out for weeks over this issue.

we recently had a storm which knocked out my TP home network. I then had to reinstall the home network and allocate new password etc.

since then it’s been impossible to connect to my Sonos speakers.

I spent 2 hours on the help desk yesterday which was pretty useless, then lost the connection. I think they have given up on me. 
My wifi connection shows the Sonos app on the home network. The Sonos app says everything connected and fine. 
When I try to add my speakers to the system, I get the message. Can’t find a Sonos system.

 Please ensure speakers are switched on. 
Any help would be appreciated.
