Cant add new content servces

I am unable to add new content services. Trying to add BBC Sounds, Spotify and Amazon Music. In each case, I get redirected from the Sonos app to the provider to authorise the connection and am told that the service has been added successfully. But when I return to the Sonos app I get an error message saying the service has not been added.

I am using the Sonos app on Android and have 2 Era300s in a stereo pair and a Play3 

 

Same problem here. Lots of reports of this and yet no reply from Sonos of any efforts to fix it!


This is error I get when trying to add any service.  I am connected to internet as evidenced  by the fact I can submit this fault....
