Hi, I didn't use my sonos for a while. Now I decide to use it again. It takes a while to find all components again and connect them to wifi. After it was done app say - i need to install update. As soon as I try it, it says- looking for updates, then - "something went wrong" and no other options. 

Do you have solution for this issue?

I restart all sonos staff, restart router, restart phone, restart tablet. Didn't help.

You could try connecting one Sonos to Ethernet and try updating again if that fails you may be too far behind and  need support to push you the latest version


I didn't use sonos several years. 

Do I need to go to sonos shop to get support?


No just call support and they can get you the latest updates
