cannot find line-in option under my sources in app

I have era 300 speakers, the Sonos cable for connecting a record player, and a record player with built in speakers (and therefore a pre-amp). When I connect the line out from the record player to the era 300 via the Sonos cable, I get no sound and I can’t find the line-out option in the app. My only source is showing as TV. What am I doing wrong? My era 300s are set up as surrounds rather than a stereo pair if that helps.

The line-in feature is disabled on the Era 300s when they are set up as surrounds.

Thank you. I see now that this is mentioned on the era 300 page, but not the main page regarding connecting the record player.
