My sonos can not shuffle my 27000 songs from apple music. Just says Unable to add songs to the queue. Have tried resetting the app, the system and the wi-fi. Still no joy. Sonos has always struggled with my music library, like I can not play my playlists. Any ideas would be gratefully received?

  •  Have you tried to remove and readd the Apple Music service on the Sonos App?
  • Are these songs from your Itunes or directly from the Apple Music service?
  • Is the error showing up on all the Apple Music songs on your Library or some of the songs?
  • Are there any changes made on the settings on the Apple Music app or the Sonos App before this issue occurred?

Answers to these questions will help us check where the issue is coming from.
