can't access Sonos on mobile since last update

Hi since the last Sonos update when I access the app on my Oppo A9 2020 mobile I just get a black screen with Sonos written in white and it won't go any further and then crashes really disappointed in this after investigating heavily in the system now having second thoughts about buying an arc and the new 300

Any help would be appreciated
