Can't access Apple Music

I have read the previous posts about losing access to apple music, have uninstalled/installed apple music app and still am stuck in a vicious loop of “YOUR APPLE MUSIC ACCOUNT ACCESS HAS EXPIRED - reauthorize your account to access this service”.  I hit reauthorize and it takes me through a loop and brings me back to the same starting place.  

Any ideas?
