Can access Sonos speakers from iMac but not from Android App

This is what I get after uninstalling app and reinstalling. I can see and run everything from iMac but not Android. Support is appalling and chat line blinks between not there,unavailable and unhelpful. Utterrly dreadful. Possibly the worst i have experienced with any organization. Then the second image when i click to join existing system.

If I’m not mistaken (and I have no Android to test with), you need to take that scroll bar on the right of your second image, and scroll to the bottom of the License Agreement, at which point the Accept button becomes active.
