I can’t tune my brand new Arc and gen 3 sub with Trueplay because the app gets stuck on the “turn your phone around and point it at your TV at eye level” screen; the Continue button does nothing. Because of this, my new system sounds hollow and awful. I have heard that the new app released earlier this year in May is the culprit. I have tried restarting my iPhone 14 Pro Max, and deleting and reinstalling the app. I thought maybe I could get around this issue on my iPad Pro but I can’t even get get passed the license agreements screen, even after reading everything, the Accept button will not allow me to proceed.
This app seems fundamentally broken. Does anyone know of any work arounds to get Trueplay working so I can enjoy the system that I paid nearly two grand for? I was really excited about finally getting a Sonos system for my setup, but unfortunately this debacle is making me want to take everything back to Costco and get something else.
