I’ve had enough. I’ve been a loyal customer of Sonos for many years, but the latest app has turned a rock solid product into a beta product.Reliability is now intolerable. Dropped songs. Dropping Atmos tracks half way through. Not being able to add albums, it’s a shocking, shocking state of affairs.

 

How can a global, well respected company do this to its customers????

 

I have had enough. These speakers are now paperweights. I will invest in some other technology. These speakers are now only good for the trash can. 

Sounds like you haven’t looked at the prices being paid for used units.

Personally if mine were as hosed as yours seem to be I’d just ignore them for a month and then try the latest update to see if Sonos has made sufficient progress that yours are usable, if not perfect, and hope for the best in the future.
