I’ve had Sonos devices for years now. Generally, they have been pretty good, but since the S2 app was launched, it has been a truly awful experience. I see lots of complaints about the app, so it isn’t just me.

Are we going to see improvements or is it time to sell my kit and find something better?

Sonos has been gradually improving the new app since it was released with multiple updates.
