I do not know why Sonos has done with the latest updates on the S2 app but they have lol but ruin a perfect thing I have loved for many years.  Lately,  when I add a new playlist i. apple misic, it doesn’t show up in the sonos’s app.   Also when I change the order of playlist in apple music, it still shows up in the old order in the sonos app.  This is the most frustrating thing EVER!!! I have completely delete apple music service and re-added it multiple times, spent hours looking for settings that might affect this in both apple music and sonos app and Sonos has just simply stopped syncing changes that are made in apple music.  I have touted Sonos as my favorite large purchase for years and i am now VERY unhappy with it.   Does anyone have any suggestions?  

 

 

 

 I have read some comments that it may be a regional issue.  I’m in the US and have no issues with Apple Music.

 Do you have any other services that behave as they are supposed to?  Is it just Apple Music?


Same problem when i add  a favorite song or an album it doesn't appear on my library with apple music

Sorry to hear of this issue you are having with changes in the Apple Music app not being reflected in the Apple Music container within the Sonos app.

Are you still seeing this issue? Do the changes you make get reflected in the Sonos app after some time, perhaps?

If not, please try removing Apple Music from your Sonos system before adding it again.
