Got a new roam.
spotify and radio work. Music plays and sound comes out etc.
Apple Music won’t play any sound even though Sonos app shows it’s playing, each track looks as though for a few seconds then skips to the next track. It goes through a few tracks then returns to the beginning and stops.
tried the Sonos live chat and went through numerous things, then they said I’d need to call and they would remotely connect, along with a case number. However the wait time was 75 minutes!
plus the live chat dialog box closed and I don’t have a note of the case number (wasn’t expecting it to disappear).
btw iPad will play Apple Music via airplay, but not through Sonos app.
