Apple Music not allowing me to play

I am having issues with playing music from my Apple service. When I go to Apple music in the sonos app and select My music it gives me a We’ve run into a problem. Try Again. I have tried 1500 times and still the same error. I am deauthorized and reauthorized it and nothing. I deleted all the sonos speakers and readded them and nothing. I have rebooted each speaker and nothing. There is something wrong with this app and no one can help me with this.PLEASE help I want to continue to buy your product but if I cannot access apple music through the app then I have to find a speaker company that does.

Have you tried removing Apple Music from your music services in the Sonos app and re-adding it? Also try rebooting your phone.
