Can’t find a topic on this that is less than a couple of years old but it’s happening here - not to me but to my wife’s account (family account via Apple One) so this has to be fixed double quick or I’ll be in trouble!!

  • On what device are you accessing the Sonos App?
  • When did it start happening that it was lost?
  • Are there any changes made on the settings or the music path before this issue occurred?
  • How many total songs does she have on her Apple Music Library?

Answers to these questions will help us check what could be causing this issue.
