When I try to access My Music via Apple Music, I get the following error message: 

Unable to play “song title” - the connection to Apple Music was lost. 
 

I have spent hours trying to troubleshoot this. Can anyone help? 

Have you checked that your Apple ID hasn’t been locked? Evidently Apple had experienced some kind of annoying outage in the past week that has allegedly been fixed as of yesterday; not sure that this is really true.

Thanks for the suggestion. My Apple ID isn’t locked. It’s functioning in other ways. I appreciate the suggestion, though.
