when using Apple Music app from a Samsung ultra 24 will it play in Dolby Atmos on Sonos Atmos  beam  + era300 x 2

But in reality, it has nothing to do with Sonos.  It’s up to the Samsung Apple Music app to support it, the Beam just plays what it is sent by the TV.

No need to cast to Sonos from the Apple Music app on your Samsung Ultra phone. Just use the Sonos app on your phone to play from Apple Music to ensure you are playing in Dolby Atmos, where the track is actually in Atmos.
