Every time I attempt to re-link my Apple Music service I get one of two error the first is sorry we’ve run into a problem try again. The other says please update to the newest version of Apple Music. Please help

Have you tried adding the Apple Music service using a different controller connected to the Sonos system?

Kindly submit a diagnostic report through the Sonos when it happens, and reply with the confirmation number.

I'd start by reviewing your system, it will help in identifying what's possibly causing the issue.
