App update issues

I am yet another totally frustrated and angry SONOS customer, I have been forced to update to the new app which I find to be completely useless and unfit to fulfil the reasons for me buying into SONOS in the first place. When I bought the speakers (at significant cost) It was on the understanding that I would be able to curate and play MY OWN music library, I can no longer do that with this new totally rubbish app. I have no interest in streaming or using any other source other than music I own.

Local music library……gone.

Playlists…….. gone.

ability to create a new playlist…..gone.

Ability to control speakers independently…….gone.

respect for SONOS……….gone.

Me as a customer??? (Pending the “fix”!)

Fully agree!

Fed up.

Just updated and also lost any control of app! Can’t use iPhone to control songs volume anything, turn it on or off. Currently on its own adventure playing its own songs!!! 😳
