Hey Sonos, instead of constantly coming out with new products. How bout you fix the backbone of your user experience. 
every five minutes my game room is no longer seen on the app, all music stops and I have to login and talk to customer support.

If I knew this I would have never bought your system, sound is great but user interface blows. 
Get your shit together!
