Hi, the new App isn’t able to control my system.  The only way we can adjust volume now is via either the TV remote or the Sky remote volume buttons.  Sliding the app volume does nothing.  Mute doesn’t work nor does Night Mode or the voice enhance.  The chat bot doesn’t understand the question and my shifts don’t allow for me telephoning.   Any help greatly appreciated.
