Hi all,

Hoping you can help as I honestly don’t know how to fix! Ever since the recent update of the sonos app, the app won’t connect to my account and therefore no music services. I’ve reset my router, reset the app, re-downloaded but it just keeps saying:


It’s connected to the system ok, so can play a song via the Spotify app and control volume & speakers etc via the Sonos app, but can’t login or search for music. It’s very odd as I have perfect Wi-Fi on my phone, I’m currently sending this from my phone….

Any and all help appreciated!!
