Why does the system drop connectivity and after three reconnections still does not show connected.  Horrible app and now the system doesn’t work properly.  I loved sonos but won’t spend any more money until it works.  

 

Dropped again on network.  Now have to set up again from scratch.  Really bad.  I guess I can’t blame them for making it hard to provide feedback or get a technical answer. Probably because of the inundation of calls from angry soon to be former customers.
