another bricked system

Just adding one more extremely annoyed and frustrated user to the group. My 12-device system disappeared from the app today and can’t be reconnected despite following the factory reset procedure. It’s not my wifi network since every other device on that network is working fine. After seeing the numerous other folks with similar unresolved issues  i too am looking for a replacement. 

 

Any recommendations for alternatives to this now useless Sonos collection of doorstops?

For future readers of this topic. Usually resetting Sonos devices is the last option (and only after contacting Sonos first), not the first.

No idea about what to replace Sonos with though.

Also, if you’ve factory reset all of your devices then your system isn’t bricked, you deleted it.  Have you tried adding your devices back and creating a new system?
