I’m not sure when this started, but I noticed it today. When I load a playlist from my Amazon Music account within the Sonos App, it plays ten songs and the stops with an error that there is information missing from my Amazon Account, go to music.amazon.com to fix it. I log in and everything looks fine. If I delete and re-add the service, it works again for another ten songs then stops. I am a full Amazon music subscriber, not prime or free. 

Try just forcing the App closed and restarting it.

You may be able to play another few songs then.

 

I also saw nothing wrong at Amazon.


Maybe working  now? My Sonos has been playing for the last hour streaming the Allen Parson's Station. It wouldn't do that earlier today


It seemed back to normal yesterday.
