Amazon Music has stopped working on my Sonos system. I am using iMac and can no longer add tracks to the Sonos app or play from Amazon My Music. I switched to an Orbi wireless modem, and Sonos will stream internet radio stations without problem. Any suggestions would be appreciated. I have already reinstalled the Sonos app to the computer, and rebooted both the wireless modem and the AT&T Gateway.
What exactly happens when you try to add tracks? Does Orbi do anything funky with your DNS settings?
