Fairly new to the Sonos App, but I can't view any of the playlist tracks or 'All Access Playlist' tracks? While I realize that the 'free' version of Amazon Music is now on a shuffle basis, I can't even search for an artist or song, everything shows up as a station.

Even when clicking on my playlists I can't view the songs in them. Just shows as a station for whatever playlist? Maybe I'm just missing something simple, but it seems like a disconnect between Sonos and Amazon.

I can view all these things in the Amazon Music app, and play whatever I want from my All Access Playlist. If I try and play that playlist via Sonos, it just randomly picks a spot and plays songs from it.

I’m having this same problem. I also have a sonos playlist that’s full of 20-30 amazon music songs. The only thing that happens when I click on it is that it says “there was a problem”

Having all the same issues as others here - Sonos is now virtually unusable! Any possible solutions appeared since this conversation thread was last looked at?

Same thing, including even purchased music. That makes it a worthless service.

By far the easiest solution is to cancel your Amazon subscription and take out one with YouTube music! I did and discovered it works seamlessly with Sonos. 😀

I just wanted to try out Atmos music on my Arc-300-Sub Mini setup, but I guess I need a subscription to something to get it.
