When will this be fixed??? It has been down for weeks. I opened a case and was assured Sonos was working on it and that it would be fixed soon. 

I don't really use amazon music but I have prime so just tried playing some tracks and it works for me 

In what way is it broken?


There are no widespread problems with Amazon, and https://status.sonos.com/ shows nothing. You perhaps have issues with your specific Amazon account. 


It’s a known authentication issue. There are numerours threads about it. 


Please enlighten us. Works fine for me.
