Alexa wont play Spotify or Apple Podcasts

We’ve had Sonos 1 with Alexa over 2 years but suddenly Alexa won’t play Spotify or Apple Podcasts. We’ve tried various ways of disconnecting and reconnecting Alexa, Spotify, Sonos etc and Nothing has worked! Please can someone help

Have you called Sonos Support directly to discuss it?

When you speak directly to the phone folks, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.

Thanks - we discovered that we needed to download the latest version of Sonos and reconnect Alexa as well as reconnect Spotify via the Sonos App. Once all of this was done we were able to restore our access to Alexa/Spotify on Sonos.
